Presentation Guideline

1. Oral Presentation: 15 minutes total, including Q&A. (Presentation time is suggested to be 10-12 minutes)
2. Language: English/Mandarin (中文或英文皆可)
   
3. Slides page size: 16:9
4. Please proceed to the registration counter to claim your conference kit and badge first. Before your session starts, please go to your meeting room to save and test your slides before 15 minutes.
   
5. Oral presentation is open for listening. Please go to registration counter to get your badge and conference kit before entering meeting room.
   
6. Meeting Rooms: Meeting Room Location: 1F, Jing An Hall (靜安樓1F)
7. Registration Counter:
   1. Open Hour: 09:00-15:00, March 7, 2025
   2. Location: 2F, John Paul II Sports Hall (若望保祿二世體育館2F)
